What Now for the Orang Pulau

It is clear that the Pulau Ubin we see today is no longer the same as how it once was back when the Ubin Orang Pulau were around. Urbanisation has caused us to lose a lot of our indigenous identity, but is it too late to still keep our heritage alive? It’s time we shifted our learned heritage into a lived one.
